Question about Belkin (F5D5231-4) Router
I own two laptops and Nintendo dsi's however only the laptop that i bought most recently works. the other laptop does not work at all.. i have a dell inspiron and a gateway what is the problem? they both worked before. i called the belkin tech support number and got the runaround. they then hung up on me after 45 minutes on the phone. im lost... do i have to just buy a new router

Its not necessary to purchase a new router. Nintendo DS supports WEP encryption. You wont be able to connect if the encryption on the router is WPA. Your computer can connect on both WPA and WEP so what i suggest is for you to access the router page then check the wireless settings then change the encryption to WEP so that your Laptop and DS can connect at the same time. To access your router check the manual for the username and password
