Question about MGE Galaxy 3000 UPS System
The Galaxy 3000 can only be serviced by a technician with access through to the UPS via software to reset an aging meter. This cannot be reset by other means. Who ever replaced your batteries should have arranged this. My email address is email@example.com. If you let me know where you are located, I can maybe suggest some options for you.

The system probably needs to be reset. Make sure that you hit the reset fuse button. Disconnect it from the wall for 5 mins and then hook it up. Also, you can hit & hold the power button for several seconds, try 10, and this should get it in test mode which should get it corrected. If not, you can take it to www.batteriesplus.com they have stores all over and they can help figure it out for you.
