Question about ASUS P4S533-MX Motherboard
Make sure drivers for the sound device is installed perfectly...also certain motherboards requires latest service pack for installing the sound drivers.. if you are using a windows xp then try installing service pack 3....for vista & win7 there wont be a great issue...

If you are receiving a message from your sound set up and me know what operating system you are even being, as I have this problem some time ago using Windows XP. Worst case scenario from my side was a root virus.
