Go to command prompt by typing "cmd"in the run box... run box can be opened by pressing windows+R key together...in the command prompt type this >> start iexplore 192.168.1.1
it will definitely open....
if it doesnt opens, then try resetting the router and open it...
Make sure there is no static ip address on your computer...
