If your computer supports it, depending on the model, you may be able to access the recovery partition on startup by pressing F8 repeatedly. When accessed, this will give you the option to restore your computer to factory defaults.
Other models require a restore disc. These should be made from within the operating system if available (again, depending on model). You may also be able to get your restore discs from the manufacturer.
