Question about Dell Inspiron 1525 Notebook
Try to install the latest firmware from dell website, also open the keyboad clean it and re assemble the data cable

Try not to move hand over touchpad while typing, and if you use mouse try install Synaptics Pointing Device softweare and turn on option "disable internal pointingdevice when extrnal USB pointing device is attached"
