I don't know of a website that has picture-steps for setting Intermatic/Malibu power pack.
The manual has a few illustrations for the do-it-yourselfer.
You put black and red put trippers on the dial, connect wires to A and B terminals, connect lights to wire, plug power pack into outlet. To check operation, listen for power pack making humming sound, manually rotate dial two times and then line up current time with arrowhead located on inner dial, watch if dial is rotating and keeping good time, rotate manual override knob and see what happens.

ML60 power pack does not show on Intermatic sell sheet.

You posted under Intermatic/Malibu ML series power pack.
There are no replacement clock mechanisms or timer modules for ML series power packs.
If you found a replacement clock motor source, add a comment add a comment here so others can benefit. If you find a way to repair clock motor, also add a comment.
Many people have same problem and will benefit from your discovery.
To work around problem, buy cheap plug-in timer, set power pack to override, and then plug power pack into cheap timer.
ML series has 5 year limited warranty.

I'm not 100% familiar with 3 phase 277V.

T7402B manual shows clock is 208-277

T7402B > the manual does not specify terminal A or B.
On other Intermatic timers, Neutral goes to A and then Hot wire connects to B
Load terminals are wired separately and carry up to 40Amp
