It must be coming from the connection at the water inlet valve on the back where the water hose is connected. It's part 1 on this diagram and parts list.

My whirlpool duet sport washer is leaking in the front underneath, not from the door. Does not do it when it drains. What do I do?

Hello Casey,
Its possible that the washer could be leaking from the door seal yet ya don't see it coming from the door. The way to check if its the door seal remove the lower panel and see if the concrete counterweight that's on the front of the drum...if ya see water dripping from that counterweight, its from the door seal.
If the door seal is not leaking ya would need to look at the pump and hoses on the tub while it was in wash mode to see whats leaking.

SOS: We bought a used Whirlpool Duet sport washer and dryer, which the owners said were about 2 1/2 to 3 years old. We do not have manual for it so cannot figure out why the washing machine window blinks...

F-20 on display (Water Inlet Problem-no water or insufficient water supply)

  1. Select PAUSE/CANCEL twice to cancel the cycle.
  2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
  3. Are water faucets completely turned on?
  4. Are screens at inlet hose connection clear of obstructions.

To view the manual in an Adobe PDF format right click and select open to go to the owner's manual site.

F21 clogged line on a new Duet Sport less than a year old???

Hi, regarding the F21 Error on the Front End Whirlpool Duet, I was able to resolve the problem with the instructions from here, just want to stress cleaning out the filter by removing the front panel. Very easy and the error code is now gone. (screws are underneath front panel at bottom, remove stacker drawer for easy access, remove screws, pull panel off, remove the filter cap, turn to the left and pull out-that's where you will locate the clog.

Whirlpool Duet Sport Dryer front load leaks water underneath the dryer when drying heavy duty clothes

The clothes then are too wet for the heat to evaporate. Spin extra time to get rid of as much water as possible before putting them in dryer.

Our front load Whirlpool washer is about 9 years old and it leaks water onto the floor every time we use it. Can this be repaired and how costly is it fix?

I have a duet sport whirlpool two years old. The hose from the dispenser to the tub is frayed and broken allegedly due to worn out shocks (after two years?) The repair guy says $289 to fix a hose. Unbelievable! Could it be a design issuue?

I have a whirlpool duet sport that is overflowing from the soap dispenser

You could have a clog in the housing underneath the dispenser where the water flows through a hose into the tub.
Pull the dispenser drawer completely out.
There is a tab that needs to be depressed to release the drawer and remove it.
Check the opening at the bottom of the housing just inside the dispenser housing opening to see if a small sock or garment is clogging this opening.
Reach down into this opening to see if an item is inside the hose.
This is the normal issue that will cause water to leak out of the dispenser housing.

Wash the dispenser drawer thoroughly with warm water. Make sure that you pull off the siphon covers and wash all siphon holes. This process is described in your owner's manual. Replace the dispenser drawer and try the washer again.

Water Leak

When the machine has filled TURN THE POWER OFF.then tip the machine back & lean it on the wall, look around for the leak it should be fairly easy to see. It may be the door seal which has split, you should be able to see this be examining the seal with the door open
