Question about Televison & Video
The best and cheapest option would be to buy an all4one remote these operate everything from tv to dvd to sky ,cable ,stereo etc you can buy these for next to nothing from any major super market or diy store these can be programmed to work just about anything and cost next to nothing. Buying an original can cost ten times as much as one4all remote "one4all" is about the best make of multi remotes and this make usually works on any type of dvd or tv so give it a try it will save you loads of money.
Also a good thing to have incase another remote stops working so it would save you buying another remote again

Setup codes for almost all sets are given here. Find the setup code for your device, and buy one remote control which has setup codes for your device. Brand name isn't a matter for remote control. setup codes for Symphonic must be there.
