Question about Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
What is an F6 on my duet washer? I already changed the mother board it was $180.00, it seems to wash a light load, but if I put in three pairs of jeans, it starts, and eventually will come to a F6 code before entering into spin. Could it be a tired motor? Model GHW9400PL1
Three things.... could be the motor, could also be the MCU ( motor control unit ), could be the wiring harness . check the wiring harness between the speed sensor at the motor and the MCU. i have run into all of those being bad on different machines.

Tips for a great answer:
Dec 23, 2012 | Whirlpool Duet GHW9150P Front Load Washer
The control is unable to properly detect motor speed and the machine will shut down. If a failure occurs during high-speed spin the door will be unlocked after 3 minutes.
• Check wire harness connections between the Drive Motor/Tachometer and the Motor ControlUnit (MCU), and between the MCU and the Central Control Unit (CCU)
• Check the Drive Motor • Check the MCU • Check the Wire Harness
