Hi,

With the unit unplugged, open the cover and check the alignment of the fan. If the fan is stuck or rubbing against the fan cowling, adjust the fan motor's mounting hardware so that the fan turns freely.

Take care.

Dehumidifier squeaks when running

Disconnect it, (DO NOT REPAIR WHILE CONNECTED), remove outer plastic casing (screws), lubricate moving parts with a little WD40 or similar. Re-assemble.
If you can get to the part that's squeaking with a long tube you could try spraying silicone lubricant spray on it without disassembling.

I have a Kenmore Dehumidifier the fan will run for a while and then stops. I greased the fan motor it ran for a while and then stopped. My feeling is the fan motor bearing has loosened and as the motor...

does the motor feel extremely hot? how free are the bearings? Is there any squeaking when the fan turns? any resistance at all? If you have a problem with the bearings then change them that would cause the thermal overload to trip in the motor to unsure it doesn't burn out.

The dehumidifier is making a loud noise. The noise gets louder when the fan speed is increased. What is the problem?

your fan is possibly hitting something didyou drop it or bang into it you should have some one like a tech. to checkit out and PLease stop using it till you do this you could be damaging this unit even more than it allready is

When running load noise coming from black cylinder

That part you identified is the compressor of the dehumidifier. Compressor is probably bad or going bad. When compressor go bad the valves start making noise and they lose alot of there efficiency.

I HAVE 4 EA NEW LHD659EBK DEHUMIDIFIER and they make lots of noise and vibrate a bit, this is normal in these Dehumidifiers ..

These can be noisy.
Does the noise only happen when the compressor runs? These compressors float on rubber bushings to isolate the vibrations and maybe one of the three nuts on the mounting studs may be loose.
The fan bearings can also wear out.

My fedder dehumidifier m7dh45b2a makes an annoying noise

Hi,
This noise is the vibration from the compressor...sometimes things can come loose and magnify the noise...check for loose parts and tighten as needed...
The compressor may also be going bad...
