New router no printing

I just changed to a new router DLink 655. My laptops are working ok wirelessly but not my printer. The printer was working fine before wirelessly. Unfortunately I did not set my system up before (I paid a company). Can you tell me how to set the wireless printer back up?

Why when wireless printing using same hardware worked fine, now not responding.

Unless it is the EXACT same wireless router from your service provider it could be the router. I mean that if you have moved and your provider gave you another router (same make and model) then it could be the wireless router. I struggled with this myself and after having the provider change the router, the problem disappeared immediately with the printer connection. The problem was only with the printer (HP in this case) as other wireless devices worked okay. Strange but true.

Why is it that wireless printing using same hardware and service provider will no longer work at new address and SP account?

When you say :"identical" do you mean the same unit, or another unit of the same model? I experienced the same issue after moving, with a new "identical" model modem/router provided by the ISP. Until the provider replaced the router with another "identical" one I couldn't get the wireless printer (HP in my case) to connect no matter what I did either using the WPS function or entering my network settings manually. Other wireless devices worked okay.

How to connect my lexmark pro205 printer to a dlink 655 router?

Run the installer again. It will ask you if you want to connect your printer using a USB cable/Ethernet/Wireless. Choose wireless and follow the steps.

Dell V510 printer worked fine wirelessly until we got a new Belkin Router

The printer's IP address most likely needs to be changed.
Check the Belkin's IP address range (it maybe 192.168.2.***) and configure the printer's IP address accordingly.

Just replaced Netgear WebSafe router with Linksys WRT400N. Now, can't "see" printer in network nor can access it to change settings (or print). Have tried with ethernet cable straight to router and through...

Reset printer to factory settings according to manual. Plugged in ethernet cable directly to router. Ran BRAdmin which recognized printer and saw that IP address had been automatically set within new router range. Changed setting to STATIC. Deleted old printer definition from printer list and added updated definition using Printer Setup Utility. Printed test page from BRAdmin. Also printed file from Documents folder wirelessly. Changed printer settings in another laptop & was able to print wirelessly from there as well.

Wireless printing does not work

For an effective wireless connection, the printer should be connected to one of the LAN ports of a configured wireless router. This way, every pc(mostly laptops with wireless capability) can print to the printer. You will need a wireless adapter for desktop pcs to access any resource made available wirelessly ok. Good luck

Can I print via my wireless network with HP OfficeJet 6310xi?

Nothing helps. Print servers are capable of connecting a multifunction printer for printing capabilities only. For scanning, you have to connect directly to the Computer or by a Multifunction printer with wireless capabilities.
