Question about Nokia 2720 Fold Cell Phone
If the phone asked you to put the PUK code, it means that someone tried to access the phone, but failed to put the correct PIN code 3 times.
What you need to do is to look for the SIM pack. Outside the SIM pack, there should be a sticker that has the PUK1 and PUK2 codes. If there's no sticker, check what's inside.
If you don't have the SIM pack, call your wireless provider. They might ask you for some security questions, before giving you the PUK code.
