We have refiled our lay z sap, after it dispaly shows 3 dashes

We have refiled our lay z spa (Bestway; 54075) after cleaning, it worked fine upto this time. When we switch it on the displays shows 22/23 degrees as normal then after a couple of seconds the dispaly shows 3 dashes and the heater light flashes red. From this point it will not do anything?

You probally just need to break an air lock in the pipes. You can ether force water down the skimmer pipe or find your drain valve and open it for a minute or two till it runs just water and no air. This will get water to the pump and the heater. This should fix you up.

Cleaned the bestway chlorinater as per instructions but flow light blinks and turns red

Even if cleaned out, they stop working after 3-5 years anyways and must be replaced.

Bestway Lay-Z-Spa

We sell the Bestway Lazy-Spa however we do not sell anything other than the replacement filter so I cannot tell you what is all included with that part number.
I would suggest you contact the store you purchased the spa from to determine the contents of the replacement item.

All lights flashing indicate a fault with the pump.

This is a common fault with these units which the supplier blames on people not following the installation and maintenance instructions.

If you require any further assistance then please just ask.

Lay z spa pump has E02 code which is water flow problem, have changed filter.flushed through ,set reset button but fault code still appears.

If this is an outdoor spa near trees, its almost a guarantee that the impeller is blocked with debris (pine needles can cause this in a hurry)

If the impeller is clean of debris and this is still happening, replace you pressure/flow switch.
