Question about Washing Machines
The pump filter on a front load washer is usually accessable from the front of the machine at floor level. It may be behind a small door/hatch or behind the kick panel. These pump filters need to be checked and cleaned so that the drain flow is not restricted.
It's also possible that there is a small item like a hair clip or a coin stopping the pump impeller.
Lean the machine back against the wall. this will help contain what water is still in the machine. Unscrew the pump filter and check that the impeller is not jammed. Clean the filter and replace.
If the warning light persists, you may have a faulty pump motor, which would require a serviceman.
