Question about Intuit QuickBooks® Pro 2006 Full Version for PC (5 User/s)
I am trying to condense my quickbooks, file. When I try, I am told the closing date must be changed from an early date already there to a more current one. I can't find the place to change the closing date.
Open QuickBooks then go to "edit" at the top left side of the page. This will open a drop down list. Then go all the way down to the last choice which is "preferences". Then choose "accounting" This will open two choices - my preferences on one tab and "company preferences" on the other. Choose company preferences and you will find a place there to set the date that the books are closed through. Enter your date and then hit "ok" and close the preferences area. The software will change the date and tell you where to go from that point.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
