When you turn on the power be hitting the R key repeatedly until the recovery tool pops up and try (last known good config) if it works run a (disk cleanup) check all boxes, and then a (defrag) this should fix your problem if that don't do it, comment me back and will give you more solutions but try these first ok good luck and have a nice day the fixist !!!
