Hook it up to you cpu then when itunes pops up click on your ipod icon to the left in itunes and then click restore it should take up to about five to ten minutes total

In order to enable your disabled iPod Touch, you'll have to completely reset it. Turn off the iPod Touch and when it turns back on the first thing to appear will be an Apple logo. Connect the iPod Touch to the computer it is paired with when this logo appears. Once it appears in iTunes, choose the "Restore" option and that will update the software and restore the iPod Touch.
Well once an ipod is disabled the only things you can do are either plug it in to the original computer it was first connected with, or you can hard reboot it by holding both the screen lock and home buttons for 30 seconds and then plugging it in to any computer and you will have to restore it and re-sync everything. If you repeatedly enter the wrong passcode, iPhone or iPod touch
will be disabled for longer intervals, before you can try again. After
too many unsuccessful attempts, you won't be able to try again until
you connect to the computer you normally sync with. Note that starting
with iPhone 2.1 software, there is a setting to cause the device to
erase itself after 10 consecutive incorrect password attempts. This
setting is off by default. It can be turned on by tapping Settings > General > Passcode Lock after you enter a correct passcode.
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your
device on the computer that was used to originally sync the iPhone or
iPod touch so that you can reset your passcode and resync the data from
the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different
computer that was never synced to the iPhone or iPod touch, you will be
able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode but your data
will not be present.
Is it your ipod or your computer settings saying it's disabled? Because
you can go to your firewall settings and make sure the itunes program
is enabled or you can go to your control panel and enable it. You could
at least try to check your settings.
just hold down the home button, then turn the ipod off, turn it back on, while your still holding the home button. The itunes will then detect it and you will be able to enable it
