Where the cartridge has a hole in it, make sure the tape is IN the print head, not over or under it. Also, check the type & color of the tape. They have some strange combinations that are only visible under certain conditions.

You will need to contact Dymo at 1-800-640-6944 to inquire about the LetraTAG print roller as it is not available online. You can contact them Between Monday to Friday: 9am - 5:30 pm Eastern
