Question about Washing Machines
Sounds like the input valve is leaking, not shutting entirely when it's supposed to. most probably will need to be replaced. have done numerous times and always solves problem.

I also had the same problem and replaced the input valve and now it is working perfectly, You can do it yourself very easily for around $50. I suspect hard water deposits are to blame for mine.
