Question about Samsung SIR-T451 DirecTV DTV Receiver
I have the same problem others have where the auto programming skips most of the stations, adds two or three but when you go to those channels, they say no signal. When you check the signal strength on the menu, there is none. I do get two channels Nick on Demand, and another Nick channel. I briefly got an MTV once but it is gone. On those channels the signal strength is the highest bar but I don't get any of the regular HDTV channels. It is hooked up to a Sony KV-36XBR400 TV. The connection is cable coaxial signal to Samsung In; Samsung out to Sony TV UHF/VHF in. I'm in Bklyn, NY so there should be signal strength all over the place for the unscrambled HDTV channels. Any suggestions?
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
