Question about Ricoh Aficio 2035 Copier
It may seem that the unit is connected to a power outlet that is not suited to it, although for the life of me I cannot imagine anyone selling you a product not suited to your regions' power network. Try cold starting the machine.: Unplug from the outlet and leave it be for 30 seconds. Then get the power back on and see if the problem persists. As for the power supply, check on the back where the power cord goes into the machine. It should have a stamped area on the cover stating what voltage it should operate on. Make sure it corresponds to the grid voltage in your country. If you're not sure check here:
If you had been using the unit before the above is of course irrelevant and you could reject this solution and request help again.
