there should be a sim card compartment in the battery area of the blackberry, same as your motorola. it should easily slide into the slot. If you still have trouble you should call t mobles customer support they will have you up and runing in no time. Good luck

My phone keeps saying missing sim card or initialization failed? i have taken out and put back the sim card and battery and nothing works


whats your phones model number anyway check with this the sim card slot you put may be expanded there will be a small cap like enclosure on the sim slot try to bend it and again insert the sim the sim card should be holded tight or else keep a small paper on above the sim card and close the battery you get a solution. thank you

Motokrzr sim card


Yes, you can use the same SIM card on a Blackberry and Motokrzr

To access the SIM Card on Motokrzr, slide open the back cover and remove the battery. The SIM card is located towards the top side of the phone

Try doing a hardreset on your phone

try holding down the power
remove the back cover and battery
(at this point briefly let up on the power)
remove the sim card
wait for "insert sim card" message
remove battery
reinsert sim card and battery
release power key when the splash screen comes up

go to menu and then contacts hit option and the copy from sim to phone and you will find all your contacts
