Question about Whirlpool Refrigerators
If it is dispensing normally, but for lack of a better term, continues to dribble once the glass is removed, then the problem lies with the dual water valve mounted on the bottom rear of the machine.
What is happening is the diaphram inside the valve can no longer provide a complete seal when it is de-activated.
There is no repair to the valve possible, it must be replaced with a new one.
Fairly easy repair, and the valve can be bought at most any appliance parts house.
