Hi please rate me thumbs up 1 to 4 as you feel i have helped,i help as i care not for profit,im disabled myself.my opinion it could be a loose connection on batteries, the throttle pot [what the throttle is connected to] the speed control pot [what the speed volume connects to] if fitted.loose conections to any of them or worn or dirty motor carbon brushes,or carbon brush spring.i hope this has been of help.also you could try downloading the PDF File Troubleshooter on ur product with Adobe Reader.

Scooter keeps stopping randomly. The battery level near to the speed lever drops quickly to red, scooter stops. Turn it off then on again and fine for a bit - then same happens?

These units are 24 volt systems. If the voltage at the controller drops below 18 volts the controller will cut out. Shutting the unit off and back on resets the controller. Since your battery gauge is dropping into the red when accelerating your batteries are suspected to be bad. If the batteries LOAD test fine then check your battery harness and circuit breaker wiring for a loose and / o r hot connection after riding it.

Singer stylist 534 sometimes when you stop won't start without turning balance wheel

Yes this is normal especialy with heavier fabrics. It allows more control so you build up speed gently. It is also related the limited power of the motor.

I have a 2002four wheel Legend Mobility scooter.

Hi. A lot of scooters have a seperate switch to select a high or low speed setting.
This switch is sometimes labeled indoor/ outdoor.
I have had a few scooters with a similar fault, and the wires that connect to the high/low switch have broken of the terminals on the rear of the switch.
It could also be a faulty speed control pot.
Check these and good luck. Neil.

Shoprider deluxe te-889af loses power when reversing

I think that this is usual to have a slower reverse speed for safety. But on your shoprider you should have 4mph and 8mph ,usually if you are at 8mph it won`t reverse at that speed, you have to go to 4mph ,look infront of you there is a dial this controls the speed that you go forward and reverse. If reverse speed needs to be increased turn the dial up,but don`t forget this also increases forwards.
