a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Now, the first thing I would advise you to do is uninstall any app you don't really need. However, many apps come with the phone, so they can not be removed. For these, and any app you do not want to remove, you can clear the cache.

To do that, hit settings -> Application manager -> Slide til you see a list called "all". Now all you have to do is hit each app you want to clear the cache off, and choose "Clear data" and "Clear cache". Beware that the "clear data" option will likely delete any saved password or settings the app uses, and thus you might need to redo those settings. It may also delete some information attached to the app, so use the "clear data" option at your own risk. Tho for apps like Facebook and twitter, the option should do no harm.

You can also choose to move some apps to the SD card. While I have not tried that out myself, it should push some of the stuff from internal to "external" memory.
You may also want to download Clean Master. It's an app somewhat similar to CCleaner, if you are familiar with that (deletes cache and junk files). I use it myself, and it helps a bit. It's free and you can download it here:

My tracphone SCH-S738C keeps freezing up. Tried bunch of cleaner, booster, optimizers ect but none so far are helping. What apps do u recomend?

The absolute best thing to try first is a factory reset on the phone, generally found in settings. If the phone at factory defaults still freezes up, it's most likely a problem with the phone and you may need to contact either the manufacturer or the retailer you purchased it from. If it works fine at factory defaults, add your previous apps one at a time and test it to make sure it runs fine with that app. When you find the app that's causing your phone to lock up, try to find an alternate app that will fulfill the same function but without as much taxation of your cell phone's resources.

IMHO, cleaner apps, booster apps, et. al. are not worth the time, space or data to even bother with them.

Had to do factory reset, now unable to download apps from google playstore like youtube etc, any help?

I suggest that you troubleshoot first, instead of a hard reset. Factory reset is within settings.
If any google app won't download nor install, it's probably because your google services are not updated or is corrupted. Try the next steps before factory reset.
1. Go to settings, scroll down to app.
2. From here search for PlayStore and tap it.
3. Tap Clear Cache and Clear data.
4. Go Back.
5. Search now for Google services, this one is not under the download tab, which you can notice at the top of the screen, instead got to All and scroll down until you find it.
6. Tap Clear Cache and Clear data if available.
7. Reboot phone or tablet.
Most of the time this procedure do work, some people also opt to remove the google account and sign in after the reboot.
After the boot, open the PlayStore, accept the agreement and try to download anything from the PlayStore that is compatible with your tablet. Also, just to be sure, go to settings, security, look for Unknown Sources and enable it. This feature allow you to install any apk file that is not from the PlayStore.

Why does my smartphone keep turning off and on by its self?

It could be a software issue. A factory reset would be your best bet. Make sure to backup important stuff first. Or it could be a loose battery

My Samsung gtp1000 hangs so much. What is the problem with it

Too much data...
Clear some of the data by going to your menu, settings, applications, manage applications and then click on each app and then hit clear data..
Don't clear data on photos or games unless you want to start all over.

You could also get a bigger sd card or restore your phone to it's factory settings and restart you phone, apps, pics, games etc...

Hope this helps...
