Question about Craftsman Garden
Sounds like a plugged main jet. you are only running on the priming fuel and when it runs out the main isnt flowing anything to keep the engine running.
You can remove the bolt from the bottom of the fuel bowl and look at the tiny main jet opening at the top of the threading. The hole is really small so you might want to wire brush the threads slightly first. Use a magnifying glass too if you need it. A small piece of wire strand will clean the small hole nicely. Then just put the jet back in and try it out.
