Question about Kitchen Ranges
Sounds like you have a oven probe or (if equipped) computer issue. From the looks of it, you dont have a computer on this model, so you probably have a thermostat stuck somewhere in there. The thermostat closes at the set temp, then opens when the unit cools. Sounds like this one is stuck in the closed position, allowing the fan to run all the time. You will have to look and see if you have a wiring diagram on the back of the unit, then find the fan wires and see which thermostat controls it. If no diagram, follow the wires out of the fan and see if on runs to a thermostat. Good luck and let me know if you need further info.

SOURCE: Zanussi Oven Fan ''Ringing''
Your fan blade is probably touching the metal shroud around it or the blade is loose. You can check this by gaining access to the fan and visually looking at it. Please do not do this with the unit plugged in, electricity kills. I hope this helps.
