Question about Craftsman Garden
Ok you didn't list any model or brand, but typically you have a short, which means some electrical device is grounded, and so when you turn the switch on, it blows the fuse. Now is it when you turn the switch on? or when you turn it to start. If it is just when you turn it on, then typically the only things in circuit are the Fuel shut off solenoid (if it has one) hour meter (if it has one) alternator. You can follow the wiring, and look for bare wires, and then disconnect each device one at a time. If it blows when you try to start it , then it could be in one of the safety switches such as clutch pedal, clutch control (relay or switch) or even the starter solenoid.
