My converted iP1200 is currently blinking green, yellow, green, yellow on the power lights after start up and print request. The pop-up prompt suggests turning off the printer and turning it back on. Error 5100 is always seen.

SOURCE: Printer Error-->
I just moved to Alaska and shipped this printer up and had the same problem. What I found was that when I start up the printer, the carrier that holds the printer cartridges would not move all the way to right side of the tray. You can see this if you open up the top portion of the scanner glass carrier.
Turn off the power and remove the electrical plug from the back of the printer to be sure no power is feeding the printer.
If you closed the top of the printer, the part where the scanner / copier glass is at, open it back up.
Reach into the printer and manually move the piece of plastic that holds the print cartridges to the left.
Directly underneath where the print cartridge carrier defaults to on the right hand side of the printer you will see a piece of white plastic on the bottom. It will probably be sticking up. It is hinged. Push it down gently so that it rests down inside of the indention where it is supposed to be.
Plug your printer back in and turn it on. The printer will go through its self test, and if this was the problem will work correctly for you.

Sorry to say that there isn't currently a confirmed reset utility available on any of the usual sites...
The only POSSIBLE option I found that MIGHT work is the CX5600/DX4400 adjustment utility from 2manuals
Best of luck and hope you find a usable solution.

SOURCE: DC PROGRAM NOT VALID
Usually with this error the program checksum for the printer controller is corrupt or the data controller memory is corrupted.
You can try redownloading the program into the printer or it's possible it also has bad Flash Memory.

code F1-E1 means that an error with the keypad has occurred. Usually it happens
due to loose ribbon cable on the keypad or the electronic control assembly
itself going bad. To resolve this issue first, disconnect the power to unit and
then gain access to the back of the clock assembly (Electronic Range
Control/ERC). Now unplug the touch pad ribbon connector from the ERC, it would
be a flat wire approx. 1 1/2" to 2" wide and make sure that the cable
is not broken and nothing is shorted on the keypad. After this is done insert
the cable back and then plug the unit back to check. If the error is still
there then the electronic control board should be replaced. Hope
this helps...please post back for further assistance.
