All of sudden my samsung star mobile's touch pad stopped working. I am using this phone since last 10 months and it was working absolutely fine since then.

Try and restart it. The screen for Star is not so sensitive you may have to be specific while making contact with the screen low pressure doesnt work well..

sir the touching sensor of your cellphone has been failed. service your cellphone in the samsung service center to change the touching sensor device [or] the will install any new softwares to work the touching sensor.............

Hi,when a touch screen stop working it might have shifted from the position it was.If not that means touch screen is damage and will need replacement.

You can still take it back to where you bought the phone from. If the phone is still other guarantee for replacement of the touch screen pad.

The mobile screen would have been damaged or a device connected to your screen my be defected .Try to remove your touch screen safe guard sticker then clean the display. If this doesn't work out for you consult your dealer for replacement of new display.
