Question about Televison & Video
It is possible that the intermittent power outage may have resulted in failure of the sensitive input/tuner/AV controller section. It might turns out to be a damage in one of the functional IC's and so it may not be easy to do it yourself. I would like you to switch off the set - power off for some hours and try again so as to reset. If not get help to probe into the Microprocessor, check if the X'tal Oscillators are working, possible there is an errror in this section. Hope it works out cheaper than expected but get a quote for your work and get only experienced personnel to help. Good day
