Question about Acer Computers & Internet
Our family has an Acer 5735Z laptop, and we want to change the hard drive. We know the location of it but are unsure of how many of the screws in the back plate to remove viz there are shallow screws that just hold the plate, and deeper sunk ones. They're the ones that worry us. There's nothing in the user guide. Many thanks; Chris.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.

Hi, your best bet is to remove the keyboard first, you will find other screws underneath which hold in the bottom section.
Have a good new year
