lupeys has a link that is direct to downloading the original disk, however, URZU-7 has a fix for using the kazoo on xp .

lupeys's link ishttp://rapidshare.com/files/128025756/RC... this will give you the original disk

    URZU-7 gave me this info:

Ok, before anything, let me say that it just might be a greater convenience
for you to simply purchase a newer, more user-friendly device. If that
is not an option, then this is what you can do to upload music to your
    kazoo.

First, download MusicMatch 8.0 from this location: http://www.oldapps.com/MusicMatch_Jukebo...
. Before running the setup, you need to set it's compatabilty mode to
Windows 98/ME by right clicking the file and changing the setting in
the properties menu. After you do that, run the setup.

Next, you are going to have to download this: http://members.driverguide.com/driver/de...
. The file is a .ZIP containing 2 setup.exe files, 2 .DLL files and a
.XML file. Please note, the site will require you to view a series of
advertisement before you download the flie, which is somewhat
inconvienent, but otherwise harmless. Also it says the drivers are for
    the RD1060. Disregard that.

Run either of the setup.exe files (they both do the same thing so their
is no need to run both). After that finishes installing, plug your
device into your PC. Next, you'll need to manually place the two .DLL
files and the XML file in this directory: Files\MusicMatch\MusicMatch Jukebox\Plugins\Portables\Kazoo_3> (if
you installed it into a dfferent directory or drive then disregard the
C:\Program Files). Then go back to ,
find mmjb.exe and set it's compatabilty mode to Windows 98/ME as you
did earlier by right clicking the file and changing it in the
    properties menu.

Everything should be in order to upload. Start up MusicMatch, click 'View' and then click on 'Portable Device Manager'.

Everything from this point should be self explainitory.

It should be noted that I did this on Windows Vista, so if it works on this OS it's almost a certainty that it will work on XP.

both of them will do the job

all i say whichever you use give them the credit due to them for the answer

    hope this helps

Apologies for the double post.

There is a driver for it that will work with XP, however, the issue is finding a program to make use of that driver. The brain surgeons at RCA decided to not include a program to put music on your MP3 player and instead relied on third party software... that software being MusicMatch Jukebox. Of course, somewhere along the line MusicMatch dropped support and even if one were to acquire an old version of the program, you have to download a MusicMatch plugin that allows it to recognize the MP3 player... a plugin that no longer exists on the MM website. Isn't that wonderful? Currently, I'm looking into the matter, and if I find a solution, it will be posted.

Try music management software that still downloads from libraries like
RealPlayer, Winamp. If you can load your device to it, can manage it through that.
