Usually, the install process occurs only on the first launch of Opera Mini. Try deleting the app data under Settings>Apps>Downloaded>Opera Mini or un- and reinstall the app from the Play Store. If everything else fails, try using another browser
Being an expert on fixya I found that I like to check new questions on a regular basis but don't always be in front of my PC. While trying to use it on my BB i realized it just didn't work. well that was until I discovered a nifty little trick.
you will need
1.) a blackberry (obviously) 2.) a Free web browser called opera mini 3.) another free browser called BOLT
OK to pull this off we need to trick out blackberry into keeping packets alive. so do this,
1.) install both opera mini and bolt to your blackberry 2.) execute opera mini 3.) go to fixya and select Sign In , enter your user name and password, select remember your user name and password (remember me) 4.) it will fail but that's OK, leave opera mini open and start bolt 5.) go to fixya and repeat step 3 using bolt instead of opera mini 6.) it will fail 7.) close opera mini, then close bolt 8.) open bolt and browse to fixya again 9.) click Sign In you will see your user name and password already there , click remember me to make sure its on and click Sign In .
You will now be logged into Fixya.
this trick also works with online banking. however I don't recommend it.
Hello Restore your phone by typing *#7370# when the phone is in normal mode. Some of the Internet configuration setting/certificate may lost or failed to install in your phone. Before install any software, every phone should prompt coz the phone is having all the required certificate. Therefore, still After resetting the problem still persist you need to flash / update the phone to recover the missing certificate.During this time you need to visit mobile repairing shop.Good luck
- check the pc suiite certificate details regarding the certificate "valid from" and the "expiry" dates.
- set the mobile phone date to any date inbetween the "valid from" and the "expiry" dates.
- install the pc suite inthe mobile.
If you are installing a signed Java/Symbian application on your device and the OTA(Over the air) installation fails AFTER the application has been downloaded, ensure that the code-signing certificate in the application matches the root certificate in your device, e.g if your device's generic browser has a Thawte Root Certificate, you can install an application signed with a Thawte certificate.
However, if the download of the application to be installed fails completely or cannot start the app download, the issue may be with the proxy port configuration of your internet connection profile. For most devices with a Java platform for embedded apps, e.g JBlend JVM (Java Virtual Machine) supporing MIDP 2.0 and CLDC-1.1 &2.0 standards, the proxy port for the data connection profile should be 8080.
I hope the suggested solutions will solve your problem.
