Hello, i have a problem with tosumi "TOMODV21" i dont have a remote control. im press in menu child lock ON , and all button on panel not working, what i need make to remove CHILD LOCK , i dont have a REMOTE CONTROL PULT. please help me.!!

When the symbol CHILD LOCK is illuminated,
the control panel is locked.

To deactivate the control panel lock,

i think but im not sure but its worth a shot. turn the tv on then press and hold the power and action button on the set for 5 or 6 seconds this should reset the television and run a diagnostics test proceedure

hello You can deactivate the buttons on the unit
(except for "/1) for preventing misoperation,
such as child mischief (child lock function).
When the child lock function is activated, the
buttons on the unit are locked and “ ” lights
up in the front panel display. (You can operate
the system by using the remote.)
Note
•When you operate the buttons on the unit while the
child lock function is on, “CHILD LOCK” appears in
the front panel display.
1 Press SYSTEM MENU.
2 Press X/x repeatedly until “CHILD
LOCK” appears in the front panel
display, then press or c.
3 Press X/x to select a setting.
The default setting is underlined.
• “OFF”: Child lock function off.
• “ON”: Child lock function on.
4 Press .
The setting is made.
5 Press SYSTEM MENU.
The system menu turns off.
Tip
• You can activate the child lock function by pressing
x for more than 5 seconds (“ ” lights up in the
front panel display).
To cancel, press x for more than 5 seconds so that
“ ” disappears from the front panel display.

If there is a menu button on the tv itself, or on the remote your using press it and search through the menu, if it will let you, and find the reset factory settings, or something of that nature. Try that and see how it works out. Sorry i can't give anything excact, but i'm not familiar with LG products.

Parental Guide On (Activate V-Chip)
Selecting this option lets you activate and deactivate parental control settings.
1. Press MENU on the remote control (the Main menu appears).
2. Press the button until the Parental Control icon is highlighted.
3. Press the button until the bottom PASSWORD is highlighted.
4. Enter your password using the numbers buttons on the remote (the PARENTAL GUIDE menu appears).
5. Press the button to highlight PARENTAL GUIDE OFF, then press the button to turn it on. It must be
on for rating limits to take effect.
If you do not activate V-Chip, none of the settings for V-Chip will take effect.
If you forget your password, you can reset it. Enter 5898 as the password and then change it to a new one.
Child Lock
Selecting this option lets you lock (disable) or unlock (enable) the TV’s front panel. The remote still tunes to
any channel. When using this as a Parental Control method, remove access to any remote that is capable of
operating the television.

3. Press the button until the bottom PASSWORD is highlighted.

6. Press the button to highlight NEW PASSWORD, and use the number buttons on the remote to enter
the new password. Enter it again in the confirm field to confirm the new password.

i have problem on my tv i dont know how unlock

To unlock the Panel Lock, Parent Lock, or Child Lock, follow these steps:
