Question about Lands Phones
Depends a bit on your phone, and on the Operating System you're using on your computer.
Most phones come with a CD full of device drivers - and if you install that on the computer before you plug the phone in, everything should be straightforward.
Having said that, if you're using Windows XP, or anything more recent, you may get away with just plugging the phone in and seeing what happens. Look on the screen of the phone, and if anything comes up asking you if you want to connect to PC, OK it. Either way, give the whole thing a minute or two to sort its life out, then on the computer, open "Windows Explorer". Have a look under "My Computer" and see if a new disk drive has appeared. Assuming it has, have a flip through the folders in that. Look for a folder called "DCIM". The pictures are usually a couple of layers further down beneath that, and can be dragged and dropped to any other folder on the pc from there.
