Hullo
Can the HP1350 handle watercolour paper and, if so, how does one set up this type of printjob?
Thank you.

Sir ,
your printer is a psc hp1350 ink jet printer . you can only use the the inkjet paper for your printer. If your paper is 8.5x 11 inkjet compatible you can use that to your printer

yours,

Paper jam at exit

Have you set the tray to thick cardstock in the printer?
If not try that. This will let thicker paper go through more easily.
Make sure you bot have the tray as the printjob set up as the same type of paper.
How much does the paper weigh?
Also try printing from the manual feed. You're paper path is shorter that way and easier for the printer to handle.
Does it only jam on this type of paper?
Might be a fuser easy but don't think that's the case with this one.

We loaded new pack of paper now printer tells me to load tray 1 as if it does not know that tray 2 is in place and loaded with paper.

This is due to paper handling either the guides in the tray are off (Example: Adjusting the tray from Letter to Legal) Or the paper handling settings in the machine are miss-configured. I don't know that machine type so I can't inform you correctly how to change but on most HP printers go into the menu from the control panel and arrow down to paper handling go to tray 2 size and type and make sure they are set to the same paper size and type as you have loaded into the machine.

Poor print quality

if cartridge and drum did not solved this problem, this meant that problem lies with mirror or tracking system and repair that bits is usually beyond home user.

firstly try to check and clean all rollers and traction system, work from tray catcher up, follow paper trail and check for stuck hair, bit of paper or any other debries, clean all rollers. then follow paper procedure below:

as this is easy, create a page of white and black about 10mm lines and then print full page on 120g watercolour paper (this is bit grainy paper which will work as "scrub" of the system), this will remove if any, debris from transfer drum in most cases.

if these solution do not work, if you game, remove back, mark all wires where they go, then remove motherboard panel, mark mirror position, clean it up and this will solve the greyness problem, or kill the printer totally...

Hullo, i have a canon ir3300 that am trying to print with but it has failed how do i do it

Hi,
Did you try to print test page from driver properties on PC? Did it came out OK? If yes then you have problems with document that you are trying to print.

Also it can be that you have wrong paper size set in cassete or in printer drivers.

Please be specific, how does print fails?

Hi nath_sabari: Try this info. System settings The HP ToolboxFX System Settings tab contains links to the following main pages: ● Device information. Change the device information settings for the all-in-one. ● Paper handling. Change the all-in-one paper-handling settings, such as default paper size and default paper type. ● Print quality. Change the all-in-one print-quality settings. ● Paper types. Change the all-in-one mode settings for a each media type, such as letterhead, prepunched, or glossy paper. ● System setup. Change the all-in-one system settings, such as all-in-one language and jam recovery. ● Service. Gain access to the cleaning mode procedure for the all-in-one. ● Device polling. Change the all-in-one polling settings, which determine how often HP ToolboxFX collects data from the all-in-one. ● Save/restore settings. Save the current settings for the all-in-one to a file on your computer. Use this file to load the same settings onto another all-in-one or to restore these settings to this all-inone at a later time. Device information The HP ToolboxFX Device information page stores data about the all-in-one for future reference. The information that you type in these fields appears on the configuration page. You can type any character in each of these fields. NOTE You must click Apply before your changes take effect. Paper handling Use the HP ToolboxFX paper-handling options to configure your default settings. These are the same options that are available on the Paper handling and Printing menus on the control-panel. You must set the asset number. The asset number is not set at the factory. This number is stored in the all-in-one for identification purposes. Three options are available for handling print jobs when the product is out of media: ● Select Wait for paper to be loaded. ● Select Cancel from the Paper out action drop-down list to cancel the print job. (Open the System setup menu, and select Paper setup submenu.) NOTE You must click Apply before your changes take effect. Hope this helps.

Hp laserjet - 4200

Change your Paper type in the Paper Handling Menu. Is paper fed from tray 2 or tray 1? Either setting, the paper type can be changed using the control panel. Press the green button to enter the menus, then using the "down" arrow button, press until you notice the "Paper Handling Menu". You can change the setting from Rough Paper to Plain. I hope this helps.

Lexmark x1240 printer will not print.

Keep your paper feed under 15 pages. The paper will tend to pull to the right, but it will print correctly on the printed page. 20 to 25 pages in the feeder will result in a paper jam. To find the status on the print job, go to your control conter and hit printers. Choose your spicific printer and you may beable to save the printjob.
