It requires special hard ware tools to solve this problem. they are available with me and it just takes 20 minutes to get your data back. this is called LBA ZERO REPAIR, AND TRANSLATOR REGENERATION.
You need to set one of the drives to be 'master' and the other to be 'slave'. This is done by positioning jumpers on the back of the harddrives. Pretty sure that on the drives is explained somewhere how to position the jumper, for several options.
When your hard disk capacity says 320, that does not mean 320 GB fo free space, Total capacity is 320 GB, from this space required for the partition table, boot sector, etc will be taken, Dont worry only the available free space will be shown.
