My lens won't zoom back in!and i can't get it to turn on..


Use your vacuum cleaner to **** out the dust or sand particles stuck between the body and the lens casing. Since the lens is nt moving the camera does not power on.

if nt then get it checkd as this problem comes usually when the lens assembly of the camcorder gets faulty.
get it checkd by some proffesional person only.

Camera ex-p600


That is a lens error code. It needs servicing or replacement. I repair these all the time. and know that this is common with most digital cameras.

Open the disk normally and find the .exe program setup as you normally would to install the program. Right click on this, choose Properties, click on the Compatibility tab, check the "Run in compatibility mode for.." and choose XP (if no XP choose NT), apply then OK. It should work now.
