Hey plz tell me!!!!!!!

hey i live in india n theres no proper repair shop over here.even the sony company fella says tht he cant repair it as it is not allowed n ******** like tht.so i had to repair it by some local fellow.one repairer has already removed a chip called "happychip" sayin tht theres a problem in tht.but he didnt get a ny point in th circuitary like u got.can u plz atleast say tht my ps2 can be repaired or not.if yes then where in india.plz help me out!!!!!!!!!!!
