Intermittent problems with remote liftmasters 3265-267, we need to get very close to garage doors in order to work, any suggestions? (batteries already replaced on remotes, and re-programming) Is there an adjustment on the receiver board?

Is the antenna wire fully extended? If it is, can you adjust the orientation to get the best reception?
Since you have done the basic (fresh battery and reprogram), it is most likely due to the interference of other microwave noise. Garage door remote operates between 300-400 Mhz which is the low end of UHF, devices with inadequate shielding or grounding may emit noise in this range. Try to turn off all PCs in your house to see if they are the source. If they are, you may need to change the power supply unit.

COULD BE A BAD REMOTE, I WOULD TRY ANOTHER ONE FIRST.

COULD BE A FREEZER ETC. PUTTING OUT INTERFERENCE.

OR

Anytime a door opens and/or closes randomly or doesn't work consistently I look for a smashed wire between the motor unit and the wall button.

If the wire is smashed the insulation becomes so thin that power will leak thru the insulation and activate the door or interfere with the remote signal.

Loosen the staples with a small screwdriver and slide the wire about ½ inch to move any areas of thin insulation away from the staples.

The second thing would be a bad wall button or a remote with a sticking button.

Or a remote in someone

Garage door keypad will close garage door but will not open it any suggestions?

If your hand remotes work okay and a new battery doesn't help the keypad it is time for a new one. Sounds like a weak battery though.

Make sure it has a good battery. If that isn't the problem it could just have a weak signal.

Intermittent remote trouble

Your wall control is hard wired and doesn't use the receiver portion of the logic board. The remotes do. Your receiver is going bad.

Liftmaster remotes will not work nor will our car

Make sure you have the model number off your motor unit and call 800-528-5880. This is technical support for Chamberlain Mfg. Co. who makes the Liftmaster. If your unit is as new as you make it sound I cannot imagine the door company not supporting you. It will also help if you can be near your opener when you call.

Garage door opener will not respond to security plus remotes

Reset the Liftmaster unit. There should be a red reset button on the unit in the garage. If this does not work, reset the breaker. Good Luck!
