Lcd 17"monitor phillips 170b4bb

ok my 17"lcd monitor has been conected to three computers and still no picture it seems when i turn the computer on the monitors back lights turn off an on as the computer goes through its posts . monitors osd still works ive checked the circut boards in the back of the monitor and all seem ok and when i turn the computer off the green light stays on the monitor lol i love my monitor and would still like to keep it please help thanks.
