CD+G (also known as CD+Graphics) is an extension of the compact disc standard that can present low-resolution graphics alongside the audio data on the disc when played on a compatible device. CD+G discs are often used for karaoke machines, which utilize this functionality to present on-screen lyrics for the song contained on the disc.
Along with dedicated Karaoke machines, other consumer devices that play CD+G format CDs include the NEC TurboGrafx-CD (a CD-ROM peripheral for the TurboGrafx-16) and Turbo Duo, the Philips CD-i, the Sega Saturn and Sega CD, the 3DO Interactive Multiplayer, the Amiga CD32 and Commodore CDTV, and the Atari Jaguar CD (which was an attachment for the Atari Jaguar). Some CD-ROM drives can also read this data. Since 2003, some standalone DVD players have supported the CD+G format.

So ..my advice is to install the program that you intend to use...first you may try to download a trial and just see if it works ...as you see most dvd players these days support the feature for graphic scribe aside mp3.....so ...by installing an program that supports it ..will just give you the possibility to see if the dvd drive installed supports your karaoke disks...and after that the costs will be in adding additional storage space ...or even use external Hdd for storage cause there is no difference ..but the fact that you will be not invasive with the computer ..
If it is not compatible in reading the disks ..so that you be able to rip them for storage ..than all you have to do is to get one of the suitable players and connect them to the computer and make the ripping from them ...You dont have to buy it ..it is enough to borrow one to do the job or rent it ...cause once the disks in the hard disk ..you will not need it ..unless want to add new files.
By the way ...the difference between those files format is that the mp3 is slightly smaller in size and it is the mp3 wide compatible format ..playable in any mp3 player ..and the other one is the windows media audio ...with graphic attachment ...playable in windows media player ..and some mp3 players..so the mp3 will be the best choice cause it is more compatible ..

How can I HAND IN CASH TO MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT

get a credit card - you could go down to the post office and get a load and go card. Very handy for internet purchases on sites without pay pal option. Works like a credit card and you can go into Post office and to pit up with cash. You could also hook it up to your pay pal account or add a bank account to your pay pal account see my other answer for more info on adding a bank account to pay pal as you posted this question twice.

Can not make purchase through pay pal

The PayPal debit MasterCard is a quick and effective way to pay with PayPal, even if the merchant doesn't accept PayPal.

You can pay for any purchase with your PayPal debit card as long as the merchant accepts MasterCard debit cards, but sometimes you may run into problems when your debit card doesn't swipe correctly or is declined.

You can generally resolve any issues by logging onto your PayPal account and checking your balance or resolving any outstanding account problems.

Visit Paypal.com and sign in to your PayPal account.
Your "Transaction" page will appear.

Look at your "PayPal Balance" near the top of the page. If your balance is lower than what you're trying to purchase, PayPal will not permit the payment to go through.

Click on "Debit card" under "Account Tools" and click "Add backup now" to link your bank account with your debit card.

You can use your PayPal debit card even when your balance is zero if you select to add your bank account as backup; PayPal will take the money from your bank account.

Look for any red banners at the top of your page that begin with "Message."
Red messages are typically indicative of account issues.

You may receive a message if you requested a second debit card, if you used your debit card to buy a large purchase, used your card out of state or if someone hacked into your account; all of which may limit access to your account.

Click "Resolve now" and follow the steps to restore your account back to regular standing, which typically includes uploading a copy of your photo ID, two utility bills for proof of address and your Social Security card.

Click the "Contact us" link at the bottom of the page.
Click "Call us."

Write down the provided "Web PIN" number and call the customer service number if the above steps did not help.

The two main issues that affect PayPal debit cards are low balance or a limited PayPal account, but your card may have a bad magnetic strip or another issue that PayPal themselves can help you with.

or you might have to contact paypal give them a free call 1800-073-266
6.00 to 22.00 AEST/AEDT to resolve this issue

PAY MY BILL ON PAYPAL

If you mean pay your bills using PayPal, you need the PayPal debit card that is issued to holders of premier, business and student accounts.
If you mean pay a balance owed to PayPal, you have 3 choices:
1. Link your bank account to your PayPal account.
2. Use a debit/credit card.
3. Sell enough on eBay to pay it off.

I need to set up a pay pal account

that's simple, go to Paypal.com, hit the Sign Up button and follow the instructions. Note that Paypal works best for some countries. Check to see if your country is in the list. If it's not you wont be able to create the account. Then, once you create the account you'll need to insert a credit/debit card and go through the verification process. You'll need to have a few bucks on the bank account in order to go through the verification. Paypal charges your card for $1.5 and after a few days your bank statement should show a paypal 4-digit code that you'll use to verify that your account is OK. Once you go through the validation you'll be refunded for that $1.5 and that would be it.

I just purchased items today through paypal with my debit card, then i checked my email and got approved for paypal credit, if i understand right the purchase i made today will be on my paypal credit...

You should contact the bank that you have your checking account/debit card with. They can tell you if the charges were actually posted on your debit card. You certainly don't want to pay twice and debit cards are different from traditional credit cards where you are establishing "credit" and pay toward the balance each month.

If its under warranty take it back for repair. If irts "software related you may have to pay for repair. If hardware they will pay.

If not under warranty right click on "My Computer" go to "Properties" / "Device manager" select and expand (Click on + sign beside DVD, CD drives)
Click on the named drive if its there(If not there probably faulty drive) and uninstall / delete it.
Click on "scan for hardware changes" and it will re-install drivers.

Need to replace cd/dvd rom

Is the laptop still under manufacturer's warranty?
Was it purchased on a credit-card that offers an "extended" warranty?
If not, then purchase an external CD/DVD unit, because that will be less expensive than buying a replacement from the manufacturer, and paying a qualified computer-technician to disassemble your laptop, remove the "dead" drive, and connect the "new" drive.

Installing cd/dvd games on acer aspire one a110

Get an external CD/DVD drive (USB) and run the game from that. (It's probable that you are hitting a copyright lock that needs the original disc.)

(if you want a DVD burner, you'll pay extra. Generally, the CD-RW/DVD-ROM drives are fairly cheap now <$50.)

Replace a cd/dvd drive on my Laptop

Not possible at all. To install XP or Vista again, you need a CD/DVD drive working. (or) Contact Aspire(or local technician) if they can ship a XP/Vista pre-installed Hard-disk.
