SOURCE: printing

hi,

here are the things that i want you to follow to somehow resolve your issue.

1. On your computer, click on start then go to control panel
2. inside control panel open the PRINTERS and FAXES (XP) or PRINTER (VISTA).
3. make sure change the default printer icon to the HP Officejet 5600 series.
- right click HP Officejet 5600 series and choose "set as default printer"
4. then try printing,

note: the reason why you encounter that problem is because the default printer icon is the "HP officejet 5600 series fax".

best regards

SOURCE: I have a Canon MultiPass 730 multi-function

o.k. I believe I can help you.
Open your file of interest to fax in word, adobe, or text software.

Click file print.
now in your print dialog box make sure your canon MP730fax is selected.

Also, make sure all is bubble clicked for your page range.

click o.k. and a send fax dialog box should appear.
enter recipients info or chose from address book.

Now click send.

It should now fax all pages in that document to the fax you have selected.

You can only send to one recipient at a time with this feature but it should allow you to send all pages in your document.

hope this helps be kind and leave me a testimonial it helps me too.

than ks GOOD LUCK!

SOURCE: I only want this printer to print documents NOT

There is no way I've heard of to disable the other functions on the printer, except by keeping the machine unplugged from the telephone line. Hope this helps.

Print document system responds document is printing system responds that document is printed but no document is printed. Used troubleshooting for alignment and that works with printer?

A quick fix for most communication errors can be achieved by resetting the printer and/or rebooting the PC. Simply disconnect the printer from your computer. Reboot your pc. Unplug and re-plug the printer into the power source to reset it. When the printer turns on, reconnect it to your computer. Then try to print again once the computer fully recognizes the USB connection.

If that doesn't help, try the steps below:

1. Disconnect the printer from your computer.

2. Rebrick (pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds).

2. On your computer, go to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes.

3. Delete the Lexmark print object.

4. Reboot your pc.

5. When your pc turns on, reconnect the printer.

6. Wait until your pc fully recognizes the USB connection. To check, go to Control Panel > Printers and Faxes. If you see a new Lexmark print object in the list, then try to print/scan again.

MX310 - faxes in memory. Cartridges have been replaced. Error of low ink remains. What is the key sequence to retrieve these faxes?

Press Fax then Menu. You should see Fax Settings across the top row. Use the left/right arrows to select Memory Reference and press OK. Again use the left/right arrows to select Print Document and press OK. Select the transaction (RX) number of the fax you want to print (received faxes start at 5001) and press OK. Then choose whether you want the first page or the entire fax (yes to first page only or no for the entire fax) and press OK. To print additional faxes repeat from the Select RX number. Print the Memory List to find out which fax is which (from the list that you see under Print Document.

Then you can delete these by selecting Delete Document instead of Print Document in the above directions. Then press OK followed by Yes or No for deleting the document.

Finally press Stop/Reset to leave the menu.

I hope this helps.

I want to print a new document but the old document always coming out

This is because - you had tried to print the old documents and that printing sessions were not completed and the documents are in printer buffer. You may switch off the printer - go start - settings - printers and faxes - double click the printer name - you will find some printing requests are there - delete those. Now switch on the printer. Try to print the new document, it will print perfectly. If same thing happen again you do the same steps. But if this problem repeats - you should re-install the operating system.

Check document error when I try to fax a document

You should try a copy to see if it prints OK, when the scanner goes out you sometimes get a black page and your fax machine knows it looks like way too much data.
