Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

SOURCE: close caption
You need to turn on closed captions through the menu of your PVR. To have it on all the time, turn the box off, press menu on the front of the box, and scroll down to captions.
This should fix the problem

I' can't imagine the Geek Squad couldn't tell you over the phone how to resolve the issue. If they can't call the local distribution center in your area and ask for the man in charge.
In the interst of customer service they should take care of you. What model number do you have? I may have some info on the cure.
