Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My phone keeps saying "searching" on the top bar . How do I get my service working again ?

You didn't mention Brand or Model of the cell phone?
It's searching for the carrier you are subscribed to.
Remove your SIM card and then put it back in.
Make sure you are in range of the carriers cell tower.
For iPhone, goto settings, Carrier and set for Auto.

MY PHONE KEEP SAYIN NO SERVICE

There could be only 3 reasons for this
1. you are not in the range of service providers tower. to verify get another sim from another service provider and check.

2. the mobile's reception unit has gone bad. take it to the repair shop and get the reception unit repaired. This is a h/w fault.

3. The sim which you are using has been disabled by your service provider. Talk to your service provider regarding your account status.

4. your mobile is set to detect the service provider automatically. Change it to manual and search for the service provider and select the correct service provider.

Hi my phone screen keeps going blank and then message says sim inactive then it searches and searches until it comes back it has been doing this for few weeks but now it wont let me send texts they just go...

Typical SE unfortunately. I see more problems with SE software than with any other manufacturer. Have you tried SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service)? If you are unable to update the firmware with SEUS, you will need to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or SE Service Point.
