If you want to use the bread machine immediatly, boxed bread mixes from grocery stores will have generic instructions on the back of the box that can be used universally by most bread making machines. However, if you are wanting the manual and recipies to the particular machine, sometimes the place you purchased it from will allow you to photocopy one from a new one on the shelf. You would need your receipt to prove the purchase. Google Search is also an excellent way to download copies. The contact information on the box will too. In the meanwhile, if you want to make perfect bread follow this recipe BUT>>>do not use the machine for this recipe, use a large bowl to raise the dough. 4 large bread loaf pans, lightly greased with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil each. Set aside
4-6 cups+ flour 1/3 cup evaporated milk 3 2/3 cups water 1/4 cup active dry yeast 1/4 cup salad oil 1/8 cup table salt 1/6 cup sugar
Put the water and evaporated milk in a glass bowl and microwave to 120*~about 2 minutes. It should feel very warm to the touch but not as hot as a cup of hot coffee. while microwaving, take a second very large bowl (big enough to hold a family size bag of chips) put the salad oil, sugar, salt and yeast in and stir till mixed. Add the very warm but NOT extremely hot milk water to the dry mixture. Use a swizzer to mix. Start adding the flour till very thick. Take swizzer out and add more flour gradually until it can't absorb more and is no longer sticking to the sides of the bowl. Shake more flour on a clean counter top and work the dough 3 minutes until smooth and not sticking to the counter. Place dough in another very large bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, place in a warm area such as the vent area of a 225* oven to rise. Punch down after double in size (about 30 minutes). Divide into 4 equal portions. Shape and place in pans. Rise 15 more minutes. Heat oven to 375* bake till golden brown on top and a finger tapping sounds hollow. Wrap in plastic wrap when cooled slightly to keep moist. Refrigerate loaves to keep longer.
This recipe can be used for cinnamon rolls, clover leaf buns, pizza bread sticks or all 4 if you divide it up! Enjoy....I'm also a competition baker!
its a great coffee machine, isnt it? we have it in the office serving for 7 years now. this usally means one of the seal is broken. get the saeco person to replace all the seals at once. this will prevent more leakages in the future.

Hi, looking down into the brew group you see the bottom filter, looking on the side with the piston (o-ring) you see the second metal filter on the bottom of the piston.

Common on Armonia... There is no water in the system, so the pump is pumping air!! you have to push on the usual button but make sure the hot water button (for tea for ex) on the right side (same as steam opening valve) of the machine is open. This will allow the water to re-flow through the system. Once water is coming out again, close hose, and stop water button. Once hose is closed, and you repush the water button, it will flow again through the coffee hole. Voila
