My phone is only about 2 months old, and the power button doesn't work. It stopped working once, and I typed in the #000...(or something) code, and it worked again for a little while....then again it stopped working. The main issue now is that the battery was removed, and I can't turn it on. Is there an alternate way to power the phone on? All the other buttons have never had a problem, so the keypad should be fine. Any ideas...Please help!
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

1.) To reboot your phone, hold down the power button and home button simultaneously until the screen goes black, and then release both buttons. Automatically the Apple logo should appear on the screen signifying that your phone is turning back on.
2.) If the logo never appears, just hold down the power button until it does. Once your phone is back on, everything should be working perfectly.
3.) If you're still having problems after doing all of that, contact Apple Support.
Sometimes phones do this after 6 months to 2 years of use, especially the cheaper ones.
First: Remove the battery out the back of your phone for 10 seconds and then put it back in. Now try to turn it on.
Second option: This will remove all personal data from your phone: contacts, photos, apps... If first option doesn't work, then you may need to factory reset your phone. This can be done by holding the power button and volume down button while the phone is powered off. Keep pressing those buttons until you get to a screen you have not seen before. Now used the volume down control to go down the list of options and press volume up once you have "Factory Reset" selected.
If the second option doesn't work then your phone is defective and nothing short of hacking your phone will fix this. Usually it is best to invest in another phone.
Phones are a type of computer and sometimes the software crashes. With the limited details available I would pull the battery out press the power on button on for a few seconds to discharge any residual current. Replace the battery and try to turn on.
