Question about True T23 Refrigerator
If it's location is new, you may have it positioned in such a way that the air around the condenser is not moving. You must have circulating air all around the compressor compartment.

try by defrosting it all and remove what store inside. after that start it again and see if it the same problem happening.

SOURCE: Freezer & freezer work fine.
It may have auto-defrost or frost-free feature that is not operating. Also there is a drain tube that goes from the compartments to the bottom of the fridge where the evaporator pan is. The tube may be plugged.

SOURCE: The cooler will not cycle
Inside of the unit on the right side of the coil. You may need a little mirror to see it easier. There is a metal plate with a little v cut to indicate where the setpoint is and the knob should have numbers from 1 to 9. The typical setting is 5.
